WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are happy to provide an exchange for a faulty item. This can be arranged through Amazon or directly with us by submitting a request using the email address on our Contact page.

WHAT SIZE BED HAS THE PAD BEEN DESIGNED FOR?

The pad has been designed to suit all bed sizes from a small single to California King. Simply rotate the orientation of the pad to suit different bed types.

HOW DO I USE MY PRODUCT?

Place the bed pad (blue side facing down) over the bottom sheet or surface you wish to protect. Lay directly on the bed pad. We recommend washing prior to use.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY PRODUCT?

​Our products are durable. If you follow the care instructions listed below they should withstand more than 300 washes:

• Machine washable and line or tumble dry on low heat. 

• Not suitable for use with fabric softeners, bleach or dryer sheets.

• Do not iron or dry clean.

WHAT FABRIC IS USED IN THE BED PAD?

Our bed pads are made of four layers. They contain polyester, rayon and waterproof polyurethane. They contain no vinyl or latex.

HOW WATERPROOF IS THE BED PAD?

The bed pad has been designed to hold up to 8 cups of fluid (2 litres or 68 fl oz).
